When you leave the hospital after an illness or surgery, you may not need constant care, but a helping hand may be welcome support as you recover. Our Welcome Home Program, the one-time service, may be the solution you need

What is the Welcome Home Program?

Welcome Home is a service that offers assistance to people who have just been discharged from the hospital or that have had a medical procedure. Our caregivers will pick you up, drive home, help you get in and out of the car, and settle into your home.

They will prepare a meal for you and stay at your home for several hours, making sure you have everything you need. We introduced WHP in the Seattle, Washington area and the surrounding area to help all those who need only a short-term service.

Who is the Welcome Home Program for?

When your family and friends can’t be there for you when you are getting out of the hospital, a caregiver from Integrity Care and Staffing will assist with a transition to home.

We provide Welcome Home Program in the Pierce, Kitsap, King, and Thurston areas to all people, regardless of their age. When you can’t drive yourself home or if the doctor needs someone to track your condition in the first hours upon your discharge from the hospital, you could benefit from this service.

What If You Need Us More Than a Few Hours?

If the doctor suggested you need someone to observe you some time after leaving the hospital, our caregivers can stay with you and monitor your progress.
